Description
Making roux sounds easy enough - just throw in a bit of flour into hot oil and brown it - but it's often much more difficult and messy than that. We're here to help, though; skip that whole troublesome process, and try some of our old-fashioned, Cajun-style roux. It's great for making a gumbo or stew!
