1Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we currently only ship within the United States.

2 Which courier do you use for your shipments? How long does shipping take?

We partner with FedEx® for our shipments. With FedEx Ground® shipments, delivery can take up to 1-8 business days - depending on where your shipping address is located. Please refer to this map to see an estimation regarding this. Also, as some products are made-to-order, please allow extra time for your order(s) to be fulfilled. This may take up to 1-2 business days after your order is placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

3What is the difference between shipping options?

FedEx Ground®: Ship affordably in 1 to 8 business days. Home Delivery® ships to residential addresses 7 days a week. FedEx Express Saver®: Get shipments delivered in 3 business days, by afternoon to businesses or evening to homes. FedEx® 2Day: Have it there in 2 business days, as early as 10:30 to businesses or noon to homes. FedEx Standard Overnight®: Get it there the next business day by noon or evening. FedEx First Overnight®: Get it there the next business day by morning.

4 What is the $22.00 charge for in my order?

A $22.00 handling fee is automatically applied to all perishable orders. This handling fee includes dry ice, Styrofoam cooler(s), and other shipping supplies. All perishable goods are packaged with dry ice to ensure the products stay frozen. Shipping rates are an addition to the handling fee.

5 How do perishable products arrive?

All orders with perishable items are packaged with dry ice (and are placed within a Styrofoam cooler) to ensure the products stay frozen. Dry ice lasts for approximately 3-4 days. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping method.
