I have ordered Boudin from Bourques for years. Their shipping is always spot on and the order always arrives in the proper condition. My neighbor who is from Louisiana throws a crawfish boil every year which draws a large crowd of transplanted people from Louisiana and people visiting from Louisiana. Common theme from them, "Where did you get this Boudin"? "Best we ever had"!!
