Shipping orders are fulfilled from MONDAY MORNING - THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

If you place an order between Thursday afternoon to Sunday evening, your order will not be fulfilled until the following week.
As some products are made-to-order, please allow extra time for your order to be completely fulfilled. This may take up to 1-2 business days after your order is placed.

A $22.00 handling fee is automatically applied to all perishable orders.
This handling fee includes dry ice, Styrofoam cooler(s), and other shipping supplies.
Shipping rates are an addition to the handling fee.
All perishable goods are packaged with dry ice to ensure the products stay frozen.

If you select the FedEx Ground® shipping option, you should receive your order within 1-8 business days - depending on where your shipping address is located.

Please keep in mind that if you are purchasing perishable items, the dry ice will only last for approximately 3-4 days. Although most orders will not require more than 3-4 days of transit through FedEx Ground® shipping, you may choose one of the expedited shipping options:
• FedEx Express Saver®: Get shipments delivered in 3 business days, by afternoon to businesses or evening to homes.
• FedEx 2Day®: Have it there in 2 business days, as early as 10:30 to businesses or noon to homes.
• FedEx Standard Overnight®: Get it there the next business day by noon or evening.
• FedEx First Overnight®: Get it there the next business day by morning.
Although you may choose an expedited shipping option if you feel it is necessary, we often find that the FedEx Ground® service works fine for most orders. It is also quite cheaper compared to the expedited shipping options - which is always nice.
